The RAM-HOL-GA11 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle converter is designed to connect to the following Garmin mount cradles (Garmin Mounts sold separately),
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
Connecting Your Garmin Cradle to the Converter:
First you need to remove the pin connecting the Garmin Cradle to the Garmin Mount. Next, connect the Garmin Cradle to the RAM Cradle Converter (RAM-HOL-GA11) and then re-attach the pin previously removed. The pin will thread into the included GA11 nut.
Important Mounting Information:
If you already own this cradle, or any other cradle with a hole pattern that will match the RAM Diamond Plate hole spacing, then you require one of the RAM Assemblies listed below. If you are looking to purchase a complete mount for the above cradle, take a look at the Complete Mount list below.
This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase either the Aluminum Diamond Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-238) or Plastic Diamond Plate with 1'' ball (RAP-B-238). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5'' ball system, you will require the Aluminum Diamond Plate (RAM-238). |
