GOOD QUALITY BUT VERY TALL...
Pros: quality build, securely holds gps, easy to use
Cons: unsightly height calls attention to gps
Have used this mount on both my road and mountain bikes for several hundred miles. It holds my eTrex 20 securely even when hitting hard trails, potholes and rough roads.
Easy to get the eTrex in and out. It is unsightly tall causing the GPX to stand out and appear geeky on my handle bars.

Used this unit to hold gps on a snowmobile . After loging on over 2000 klm over bumps it did not cause any problems. I will defenatly buy a nother holder for my motorcycle .

GREAT CRADLE FOR YOUR ETREX
Pros: good fit, low cost
Cons: none
Purchased this mount for my ATV, bolted it to the dash, seems to hold the GPS very securely.

ETREX 20 RAM CRADLE
Pros: easy to use
Cons: could be a little lower in height.
Ram mounts always do what they say they do and this is no exception. It works well. I use a very similar mount for the Garmin Oregon also. There is only one negative to the eTrex 20 mount... and that is it is a little bigger than it needs to be. It's difficult to see from the picture here but there is a 20mm gap behind the eTrex 20.. so the cradle could have been made a 3/4" smaller in height. Other than that it's a very good mount which integrates easily with the rest of the Ram range of plug and play GPS accessories. It is very easy for the GPS to fit into the cradle and easily removed too.

Just what I was looking for. Well built and made to last. I mounted it on my Polaris ATV for GPS direction and geocashing. Works great.
