The RAM-B-174-GA16 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Base Mount consists of the 1 inch diameter RAM ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin eTrex Color Series, including the Garmin eTrex Vista Cx, Legend Cx and Venture Cx.
Note: For the eTrex Series Mono, you will require the RAM Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Mount for the Garmin eTrex Series Mono (RAM-B-174-GA5)
Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-GA16 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin eTrex Color Screen Series, including the following GPS units,

- Garmin eTrex Venture Cx
- Garmin eTrex Venture HC
- Garmin eTrex Legend C
- Garmin eTrex Legend Cx
- Garmin eTrex Legend HCx
- Garmin eTrex Vista C
- Garmin eTrex Vista Cx
- Garmin eTrex Vista HCx
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The Garmin eTrex, eTrex Camo, eTrex Summit, eTrex Venture, eTrex Legend and eTrex Vista WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA5 eTrex (non-color screen) cradle and mounts.
Mount Arm Design:
The RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm (RAM-B-201) is a B Size 1 inch Ball Dual Socket Arm, made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 3 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends.
Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-309-7 RAM Mount Motorcycle Kit Base can mount to either the clutch/ brake reservoir or directly to a round handle bar rail. The base is constructed of marine grade aluminum with an integrated 1 inch diameter rubber ball, hardware for rail mounting and both standard and metric mounting bolts for motorcycle reservoir mounting. The zinc coated metal u-bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 1/2 to 1.25 inches.
The base connects to the left or right side of your handlebar clutch/brake reservoir on the Honda Goldwing and other select motorcycles or you can connect directly to your handlebars with the u-bolt hardware. To see if this base will work with your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The holes centers have a minimum width of 0.94 inches and a maximum of 1.58 inches.
