The RAM High Strength SHORT Plastic Dash Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket with button system and RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin GPS 38, 12, 12CX, 12XL and 12MAP.
BASE DESIGN:
The RAP-B-202 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Universal Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter round plate. The plate has 4 holes that match the universal industry standard AMPS hole pattern. For a layout of the hole spacing and 1.0 inch rubber ball location, take a closer look with the RAM-B-202 Design Drawings pdf file (Note: the Plastic RAP-B-202 Plate only has the AMPS square four hole pattern).
Note: This base plate will attach to any of the RAM plastic HOL holders, but generally the RAP-B-238 Diamond Plate is used.
ARM DESIGN: The High Strength Plastic SHORT Length Single Socket Arm is 1.75'' long when measured from socket center to button socket end.
CRADLE DESIGN:
The RAM-HOL-GA1 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin GPS 12 Series, including the following GPS units,
- Garmin GPS 12
- Garmin GPS 12CX
- Garmin GPS 12XL
- Garmin GPS 12MAP
- Garmin GPS 38
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle. |
