PERFECT GPS FOR ME!
Pros: everything
Having several hobbies and the need to have or use a GPS for them was getting a bit hard to do with just using my iPhone to navigate with. Now I can get into my truck drive to the river, drop-in my kayak, do a few geocaches, and get on my motorcycle and use just one GPSr for all of that was great. Good size, easy to use, and waterproof!!! I'm sold.

MONTANA 600 CRADLE MOUNT
Pros: fit togehther well
Cons: picture is different vs item received
I am using it for bike together with bike mount handlebar plate. Cradle is coming in two versions - one is when GPS is hold like in given picture (clamp from top & sides), the other version is when the clamps are form top & bottom). I received version top/bottom. The version you are getting is quite essential for those who are using strap at bottom!

MONTANA 600 RAM MOUNT
Pros: holds 600 firmly over rough trails
Cons: roller need grease
had a ram mount for oregon 450 so expected same quality for the 600. There was one small thing, roller was not as smooth as in the 450. put a little grease in holes roller spun in and was much better. still had the mount on my ATV so this fit just fine.

GREAT DESIGN, BUT...
Pros: fits like a glove
Cons: poor build quality
This thing fits the Montana like a glove, it really does look good. That said I put my Montana in it to mount to the bike, took it out, and when I put it back in the roller fell out. Luckily it fell into the cradle so I put it back into place but it really shouldn't be failing on its second use.
That aside it's great, but the roller falling out on day 1 is a pretty poor show.
Recommend? NO OPINION

ROLLER POPS OUT!

I have used RAM mounts for years and this is the first one that I have had problems with. I have purchased two of them for my Montana and have had the same issue with both - the little roller keeps popping out! Unfortunately, the last time it happened on one of the mounts was along a snowmobile trail and the roller is now long gone. This was AFTER I had the problem occur twice before and was being very careful! The cradle still works fine, just be careful. Although, even that did not work for me...

RAM MOUNT GARMIN MONTANA 600
Pros: rugged, durable
Cons: none
Stirdy equipment, ideal for rugged outdoor activity ATV, snowmobile. Mounts are interchangeable with other RAM mounts.

RAM MOUNT/ CRADLE FOR GARMIN MONTANA 650T GPS
Pros: versitle as usual
Cons: see review
As usual another good item built by a fine company. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the rolling clip that holds the Garmin Montana in the cradle. The roller part of the pin on the clip has fallen out twice now and I fear it will be lost one day. It needs some thought and re-vamping to beef it up a tad. It just lacks in quality.
