Pros: easy to install, holds gps securely.

This was very easy to install and holds the GPS very securely to the bike. All parts were included for installation and I was well satisfied with the quality.

PERFECT MOUNT......
I use this on my Yamaha FJR all the time, the Nuvi never budges......even at some of the insane speeds I travel. Easy removal and installation.......just the best way to go.

Bought this extra Nuvi mount so I wouldn't have to keep pulling the other one off the motorcycle, since I have 2 of them. Easy to install and use. Holds gps firmly.

MOTORCYCLE MOUNT
This mount fit my Garmin 260 well. I used it on a trip from Michigan to Oklahoma. I felt very comfortable with the gps unit in this mount. I do not care for the way the whole system mounts on the bars, but then I need to find a different system for that. I would definitely recommend this mount.

RAM MOUNT GARMIN NUVI 200 SERIES CRADLE RAM-HOL-GA
I have a NUVI 250 Garmin GPS, plus an NUVI 255. The 255 fits my old cradle mount, but I was unable to fit the power cord. The receptacle is a little higher on the 255 and the bracing spine on the cradle was in the way. This cradle has the spine moved up a bit and works great for both the 250 and 255.

BOMB PROOF HOLD
Pros: great hold. awesome system.
Cons: doesn't come with the ball.
So much better than the cradle that came with my Garmin Nuvi. I mounted this on my sportbike, and I feel really confident my GPS won't go flying now! IT DOESN"T COME WITH THE BALL, YOU HAVE TO GET 'RAM-B-238U' IN ORDER TO USE IT. I don't treally understand why they sell them separate.

NUVI 200 CRADLE
Pros: well designed and solid unit.
Cons: none for a vehicle
No comparison to the poor mount Garmin provides with the 200 series nuvi's I've had nothing but problems with the provided mount coming loose from the windshield and the poor friction of the ball mount between the cradle and the suction cup.
The RAM mount holds the unit securely and with a RAM suction base, exactly where I want it.
I'm not sure about using this cradle on my motorcycles. There are too many openings to allow for bug strikes.

I would have liked a flush mount. I had to adapt it and drill new mounting holes to make it work on my motor cycle mount. The flush mount (flat rear surface would have been perfect).

The mount is sturdy and fits the Garmin 250 GPS perfectly. The only less than perfect feature is that you have to unplug the cord before you can remove the GPS from the mount.

I did not realize the mount already came with a cradle...hence I purchased a second cradle without knowing one already was included with the original mount.Thus the ad was hard to ready for most.

Cons: charger cable cannot be connected.
This cradle does NOT allow charger cable to be connected on Nuvi 2x5 models. Garmin changed location of cable on back and Ram has not updated cradle for the new design.
[Ed. note: Since this review was made, RAM has corrected the cradle to account for the change in the newer Nuvi models. This cradle will allow for the USB plug to be used when in the cradle.]

WORKS LIKE A CHARM
I wanted to have the option of using our GPS on my motorcycle and have prior experience with RAM mounts. This one secures the Nuvi 200 snugly and I had no worries about it falling out. Even better - it easily snaps in and out with gloves on, making quick stops simple.

GOOD QUALITY
Fits perfectly the nuvi200. I use the one on my motorcycle with a plastic wrap around the GPS the i put it into the cradle. RAM stuff is great quality. GPSCity.ca takes good care of their customers. Communication is quick.
