RAM MOUNT FOR GARMIN 465T GPS
Pros: ease of installment, unlimited positioning of unit Cons: wrong bolts sent with unit.
This mount is really nice. Fits in on the brake side real easy, about a 10 min mount job. Bolts sent with mount were the wrong bolts, but just used the ones originally in the brake mount. Worked just fin. Would highy recommend

PERFECT FOR MY GL1800 GOLDWING
Pros: mount is easy to remove when leaving the bike. Cons: instruction manual is sparse and even misleading.
Just pefect for my Goldwing. Took just minutes for a very clean installation despite the fact that the manual is quite sparse and even misleading. Manual states to use the mount in-lieu of the tob half of the brake reservoir mount when in fact one must mount on top of the reservoir bracket. The kit provides the appropriate spacers and the bolt length only allows this type of installation so even a klutz like me was able to figure this out.

2008 HARLEY ELECTRA GLIDE ULTRA
Pros: solid, well made and easy to install Cons: bolts too short
I got tired of the tiny screen on my Garmin Quest.I wanted a easy way to mount the Garmin 265WT I used in my Trailblazer and take advantage of the traffic alerts and the much larger screen. This Ram mount make it easy. The only issue on the clutch mount was the bolts were about 1/4 inch too short.Otherwise quick and easy. Now ready for my trip to Ocean city Maryland.

CLUTCH MOUNT GPS
I did not want to use the "U" bolt for mounting, doesn't look as good. I used the included bolts and plastic spacers for a very neet appearance. I ground the spacers a bit to be sure I had enough threads gripping in the clutch resevoir. Tighten securely! Have had it for 3500K including a trip to the US and it couldn't be better. A zip lock baggy protects it in the rain as my Nuvii is not a waterproof model. The GPS is in just the right spot for me to be able to read with my bifocals with a quick glance down. That is why centre mounting is no good for me. I think you are safer with a GPS. A quick glance and you know when you have to turn so you can concentrate on driving and not reading signs to find your way. It is an excellent product! I love it!

WORKS WELL ON MY GOLDWING
Pros: easy install, quick service Cons: none yet
I purchased this mount before leaving for a 2100+ mile motorcycle trip into Canada. It was my first trip using a GPS (bike or otherwise) and it sure beats reading maps.
As for the mount...I installed it on my 2000 Honda Goldwing SE. The radio/tape/CB control assembly prevented me from mounting the unit on the left handlebar, so I easily installed it on the right handlebar with no problems. The GPS fits firmly in the mount, although I placed a couple of rubber bands around the GPS/mount assembly just for my own piece of mind. I had no problem with the cable connecting into the back of the GPS. Everything I needed to install this was provided.
If money were no object, I would have liked to try the other type of mount that is a bar going across the handlebars, so that the GPS could be positioned in between the handlebars, straight on. However, I have no complaints with the mount I purchased and quickly adapted to using it in it's current position.

GPS MOUNT 1800 GOLDWING
Pros: excellent mount. very secure with good adjustments Cons: need instructions for gl1800 and proper hardware
Instructions are incorrect for a 1800 Goldwing. You dont need to use the spacers in the kit. Since you don't need to use the spacers the screws are too long, had to purchase them locally. The mount looks great and very secure. Power cord needs to be shorter and wire gage is on the heavy side.

Pros: easy install, strong, precision fit to gps. Cons: black paint already peeling at ball joints.
I ordered it on Monday at 11am. 1pm Tuesday it arrived by FedeX and by 1:30pm I've got it installed on my bike (750 Honda Shadow). Very simple design, cheap, strong and easy to install. Perfect to adapt my existing car unit (Garmin) to use on my motorcycle.

The package with hardware for several mnounting options. A great product. It's very pricing at almost $40 but it was the best moutn that I foudn for what I needed.

UNBEATABLE RAM
Pros: easy to install and adjust secure mount Cons: none
Ordered the RAM GPS mount for my Honda ST1300 on a Sunday afternoon via Internet, GPS City confirmed the order a few minutes later and then tracked the order automatically the next day. The kit was delivered FEDEX Tuesday a.m. at my home in Gatineau (less than 48 hours!). The kit came with a variety of mounting options and hardware and took me all of 5 minutes to install (I needed slightly longer 10 mm bolts however, to properly secure the brake mount - these I purchased for 10¢ from Canadian Tire). I've since registered several thousand km with my GPS unit without any problems. It is easy to adjust a comfortable viewing angle and the rubber ball mounts truly dampen any vibrations from the bike and protect very efficiently aganinst any shocks from bad road surafces (which is standard fare on Québec roads). Have recommended the RAM to everyone I know with a bike and GPS unit.

RAM MOUNT FOR GARMIN NUVI 2XXW
Mounted great on my Valkyrie clutch mount. All I had to do was cut about a 3/8 inch off the metric bolt. I also had to cut a small section out of the plastic GPS holder because it was blocking the angle power input, but that did not effect the integrity of the mount.

GREAT GPS MOUNT!
Pros: flexible, vibration reduction, cradle is secure Cons: none
I had just gotten a new bike and the speedo was broken (and would take a few weeks to fix) - one of my friends suggested trying my GPS, but said that he had bad luck with his due to problems with the bike's vibration and a flimsy mount he had gotten elsewhere. I found the RAM site and figured it was worth trying (I really wanted to ride my new bike) because the RAM mount was only about 35 bucks. This thing worked great! It also looks pretty good on my bike (suzuki boulevard). The mount is extremely flexible with 2 fully articulated joints so you should be able to mount it nearly anywhere on your handlebars and position the GPS for best visibility.

STURDY GPS MOUNT
Pros: easily adjustable sturdy Cons: see review
I purchased this Ram Mount to attach my Nuvi 250W to a 98 Goldwing GL1500. First attempt to attach it onto the clutch bracket did not work as the width of the mount interferred with the choke movement. The mount worked fine on the brake bracket. The cradle holds the Nuvi 250W securely, but the power cord with the mini USB 'L' shaped end was blocked by a support piece on the bracket. I shaved some material from this support and all worked fine and no rigidy lost.

RAM MOUNT & MOTORCYCLE CLAMP FOR NUVI 255W
Cons: allen heads in bolts supplied round out too easily
Good unit....mounted it on a Yamaha Royal Star Venture on brake clamp. Couldn't mount it on clutch clamp(left side) as Audio controls are there, therefore throttle hand must be used to operate GPS. Didn't use spacers as mount bolted directly on the clamp, therefore requiring the bolts to be shorter. I like the adjustability of the RAM to avoid direct sunlight or position it where I want.

RAM GARMIN NUVI BRAKE MOUNT
Pros: sturdy and secure Cons: time consuming....had to modify the clamp
Seems to be a good sturdy, secure mount. Not likely the GPS unit will ever accidentally fall out. Mine is mounted on a Yamaha Venture. I did not mount it as suggested in the instructions using the spacers. Instead I mounted it directly to the original brake handle clamp after grinding away a portion of the RAM clamp so it nests perfectly. Seems much more secure than using the plastic spacers.

WORKS, WITH SOME MODIFICATION
Does not work with the Nomad. The stock mirror mount gets in the way of the stem. Had to modify mine by cutting off the bottom portion of the bottom piece (with the two screw holes) then mount it at an angle to get it to work. The hole for the power plug is also incorrect, and requires cutting off a small piece of the cradle back. Once those two modifications are done, it works, and I've had it on my bike for two months with no other issues.
