MOTORCYCLE GPS MOUNT
Pros: allowed me to mount my car gps to my motorcycle
Cons: should come with a weather proof cover for the gps
Great product. Unfortunately, the sent the wrong u-bolt. They sent me the one for bicycle handle bar intend of the larger onr for motorcycle handle bar. I had to modify it in order to install it. Even with the mod, the nuts barely screwed in 3/16ths of an inch.

Cons: none!
I purchased this product to mount my Garmin 780 on my Harley Road King. This product is excellent in every way! Mount is rock solid and the GPS is held securely. No jiggle or vibration problems at all. Also, GPS City's staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and along with a great price and excellent shipping, I could not be more pleased.

RAM NUVI 700 SERIES MOUNT
Pros: nice construjction/functionality/appearance/price
Cons: none-really.
This mount is exactly what I was looking for. I had thought of designing my own and having it machined to give my bike that custom look. If you're thinking along the same channels, save yourself some time, cash, and headaches, buy this mount and go ride someplace. It will be all but impossible to beat it's design, functionality and it's appearance. Use the money you save to covera hotel room. And, as usual, GPS city had it delivered to me in less time than expected, which is darned important when you wait 'til the last minnute, like me.

Read the reviews and high hopes. Needed it real quick. Going on road trip to Tennessee from Ontario Can.on Saturday morning and no one local had a motorbike mount or cradle specific for my Garmin nuvi 765T and I don't like to do things half way my friends tell me. One motorcycle shop recommended gpscity.com and said they heard delivery was quick. No kidding. Went online and ordered the mount and cradle specific for my GPS from their headquaters in Calgary the Saturday before my trip and received it the following Tuesday afternoon. That is 1 1/2 business days. It is awesome. Solid hardware. Positions anywhere and any angle I want (to the risers on my Honda VTX). No worries about losing my GPS. The cradle is serious heavy duty material. Took about 15 min to assemble and position perfectly where I wanted on my bike. Would have like the chrome mount, just a little to pricey right now. Why would anyone go with something other than Ram Mounts I don't know. Absolutely Amazing. Great Job guys.

GARMAN 765T ON HARLEY ULTRA
I mounted the Garmin 765t on my 06 Harley ultra Classic. The U bolt could use a few more threads. However, it does hold the GPS very well and gets you where you're going.As you may be aware, you can't hear the directions but can follow then quite easly.

Great mount. Better than past Ram mounts I have purchased. Very flexible positioning options. I wish U-Bolt was rubber coated to prevent slippage and improve appearance. I wrapped it with electrical tape.

AN EXCELLENT GPS MOUNT AT A GREAT PRICE

I recently purchased this mount for my 750 Nuvi. The mount was a snap to install, excellent quality and performed flawlessly on a recent 3800 mile motorcycle trip. It is almost limitlessly adjustable and easily holds whatever position you adjust it to. This is truly a bargain, as I was about to buy a mount from Garmin costing over 3 times as much before I ran across this one.

VERY GOOD QUALITY ITEM
I'm very satisfied with this mount. It's well thought out, the gps holder really "clicks" when you put in the gps, so you're sure it holds well and the RAM arm doesn't move at all or vibrate,once it's secured.

GREAT GPS MOUNT
Pros: easy to mount on bike and easy to adjust.
This RAM mount works great. I'm using a Nuvi 755T on my 2007 Harley Ultra classic and this mount holds my GPS rock steady on the bars. This mount is very well made and was a breeze to install. Adjustability is key to getting the screen placed exactly where you want it and this thing has more adjustments than I'll ever need. Good Job GPS City!!

EXCELLENT M/C MOUNT

WORKS LIKE A CHARM

I have a 2004 Kawasaki Nomad 1500. I'm using the Nuvi 750 gps mounted dead center of my handle bars. I took it for a quick ride tonight and just love it. Vibration was almost non-existent at city speeds as I could read the directions perfectly. I still have to figure a way to get the verbal commands other than using headphones. Definitely splurge the $2 or so for the neoprene wrap. Bonus was the fast shipping. Ordered on Friday evening, (Ontario time)and it was delivered Monday noon. Only thing to change would be to get the 1 1/8 inch u-bolt as the 1" could damage your finish on the bars.

SOLID AND SECURE BUT FUSSY.
Like the other RAM mounts for my motorcycle based GPS units the fit for the NUVI 755 is right on. Virtually no motion or slop in the cradle and handlebar attachment and positioning is infinitely variable. On the down side the power hook up is quite awkward. I see this as more of a design function of the GPS unit and less so the cradle. As internal battery life seems very short a 12 volt power outlet is a must even for short term use. Installing and removing the power for frequent stops can be annoying. The power hook up on my Oregon 400t, for example, is more straightforward. While the NUVI is not typically recommended for motorcycle use, (not water proof and hard to hear) for "in town" location of a specific address it works fine.

I got this GPS mount for my boyfriend's bike. He was very skeptic about it holding his GPS as he didn't really understand how it connected to the bike handlebars and GPS. He installed it and it works just fine. Glad I got it for him.

I am very pleased with the GPS mount,it's made well and the mount is a perfect fit for the model I have.
One thing I would improve on though is the stainless steel u-bolt should be covered in plastic,this would stop any scratches you might make on the chrome handle bars when you tighten the mount.

The mount was exactly as advertised. Customer service was excellent, mount was received quickly, fit perfectly on the bike (Harley Davidson Ultra Classic) and the GPS (Garmin Nuvi 765T). Easy to adjust and easy to remove GPS and store it in a locked container or carry it with me.

Not much vibration! Would be nice if the back of the mount was notched out bit bigger so the unit could be inserted with the cord attached. It is tough to insert the power cord in the back of the GPS with it mounted in the holder.

GREAT VALUE
This mount is rock solid and easy to use. I have no trouble reading the text on my garmin when on the road, even though it is mounted on my mirror stem. It would be nice if it were a little sleeker package, but I think that would make it less solid and more difficult to use. It's a little difficult to remove the power cable from the Nuvi780 when in the cradle. I prefer to use the usb cable to power the unit. It's easy to disconnect from the u-bolt and ball and toss the mount and gps in the underseat storage when I walk away from the bike.

SOLID AS A ROCK!

Cons: not a thing.
This mount held my Garmin 760 beautifully. Except for the U bolt on the bars, I took it off and put it back on any time I had to leave the bike for more than a second. The GPS too of course! Easy to do, even many times a day.
When you put it back on, tighten it really well.

I couldn't find many reviews for this before buying it in May, but my experience is that RAM mounts are generally high quality, so it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did. I was concerned that the mount would tend to slide some on my handlebars due to vibration, but it has held secure for a month now after 2000 miles on my Harley. My Nuvi 765T snaps in securely. No worries about it accidentally coming out.
The only negative part is minor and occurs if you're using the traffic receiver (I assume the MSN receiver would have the same issue). The connector is too big to fit well through the cradle, so you have to put the unit in the RAM cradle and then plug the power/traffic receiver into the Nuvi. It's really not a big deal, but remember to unplug the receiver before trying to remove the GPS from the mount or you could end up breaking it. If you're using the USB power connector, this isn't an issue at all.
The bottom line is that I love it and think that it's a great value.
Aside from that, GPSCity shipped very fast.

EXCELLENT GPS MOUNT
This an excellent GPS mount. It is sturdy & easy to install. I like the two ball joint feature because it allows for positioning of the GPS display in a multiple variety of ways of the riders choosing or comfort. Vibration is limited to whatever movement is in the handlebars. In my case none to very little. I would recommend this mount to others.

Cons: what al said about the powercord.
It's just what I wanted. The plastic balls allow a solid grip. U Bolt setup allows mounting anywhere on hbars. I wish my OE glass mount also fit the stem (ball's too small) but if that's the most I can cry about (& it is).. I'm good.

I like the idea that the factory mount stays on the nuvi when it's in the ram mount bracket. However, it would be nice if the 12v cable could stay plugged in to the favtory bracket as you slide it into the ram mount. I'm not sure how much abuse the power cord can handle being plugged and unplugged all the time.

They do not have any power hook-up. Your power supply units will not work with these mounts. I guess it would be good if you don't travel to long with these or your GPS will die out due to lack of charging!
[Ed. note: Jess - the RAM cradle does allow you to keep the Garmin cradle connected to the unit as all RAM cradles do. You clip the Garmin cradle onto the back of the unit, and then slide it into the Garmin unit. It works just fine so you can keep constant power to the unit.]
