FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

THE RAM MOUNT GARMIN LITE SUCTION
Pros: very secure when attached, easy to use
Very easy to use - suction cup will attach to anything and any place as long as it is a smooth surface. With just a twist of the attachment ring on the suction cup it will stay in place. It will attach any place on the cart or wind shield. This holder uses the KISS principle.

GARMIN APPROACH MOUNT
Pros: sticks on well, holds gps secure but usable
Cons: none so far
I use this mount for my Approach Golf GPS, the suction cup attachment sticks perfectly to the plastic windshields on Golf carts, but still comes off easily when you turn the suction release wheel. I keep the mount in my golf bag when not in use as it does not take up much space. One other advantage is that you don't forget your GPS unit in the golf cart at the end of the round, like I occaisionally did.

BEST GPS MOUNT FOR GARMIN OREGON 500
Pros: excellent price and appears quite sturdy.
Cons: none to date.
Fits perfectly on the dash of my 2010 Jeep Patriot above the center air vents. Stays stuck even on the bumpiest off road conditions. The central location makes the GPS readily available to both driver and passenger. Its open bottom configuration does not interfere with the power cord when the GPS is plugged into the accessory power outlet.

STURDY BUT LITTLE BIT TOO BIG
Pros: well made
Cons: too big
Although it is called the "lite" mount, the actual product is huge and bulky comparing to Garmin's. The building quality is very well, much better than MIO's. I never have any problem to mount and remove it. But I think the suction base is a bit too big for people who looking for something that can put in their pocket during trip. I hope RAM could make a true "lite" mount.

GOOD PRODUCT - GREAT PRICE
Pros: safe, secure, easy install, portable
Like all Ram Products this handy suction mount is ideal for holding my Garmin Oregon GPS while driving.
The mount easily attaches to the windshield and hold my GPS at just the right spot for easy viewing and navigation.
I've had not issue with the mount slipping or falling off, once the suction cup grabs to the glass it's on there for good till you release it.
This mount is ideal for swapping my GPS between my truck and my wife's car as well as taking it on holidays for rental vehicles.

GOOD SECURE MOUNT
Pros: easy to attach and detach.
I bought this recently and have used it now for a while and found this to be a very easy to use and secure mount for my Oregon 550. Definitely would recommend this.

STURDY PRODUCT
I bought the RAM mount for my Garmin Oregon 400c for our 20 foot boat. The suction cup portion secures very well to the glass, and the unit fits snugly unto the cradle. Only had it for a few weeks, but so far it's been great. It gets a little bumpy on the water, and it has remained secure. I highly recommend it.

PERFECT FOR GARMIN OREGON

HOW DO I CONNECT?
How do I connect the ball part on the suction pad section to the bracket? Is there supposed to be rubber around the ball? Mine is all plastic and has no way to connect. Thanks

This mount works very well. It's easy to to suction the base to the windshield, and adjust the position of your Oregon. I also have the iPhone cradle as well, which I can easily switch for the Oregon cradle. Both are designed so that ports are not obstucted.

GREAT MOUNT!
Pros: compact strong mount
Cons: none so far
Bought this mount over others for it's smaller arm, didn't want the bulk of some of the others. Easy to adjust via one screw in the middle of the arm. Easy to transfer between cars. Holds the Oregon tight. Some fibration over bumps, but nothing major. Wet the suction prior to locking it into place for a very strong hold.
