GREAT FOR GEOCACHING WHILE RIDING
Pros: easy to install and use Cons: haven't found any
I've got this mounted to my bike with no problems. Install was easy. This holds the GPS very securely and it is easy to insert and remove the GPS.
This works great, I'm glad I got it.

COMPARE TO GARMIN HANDLEBAR MOUNT BEFORE YOU BUY
Pros: seems secure Cons: pricey compared to gamin mount, not adjustable
This mount works fine and feels secure. It allows the unit to be rotated to face different directions (not sure why you'd need to do that.) It also comes with an angled rubber piece that allows mounting to the curved part of the handlebar.
However, the mount is nearly double the cost of the Garmin Handlebar Mount for Handhelds, and it is much more bulky. It also ties up a RAM cradle with an adapter that won't work with any of the RAM ball mounts. (You'd have to unscrew it.) For this reason the mount is not adjustable (tilt, angle, loction, etc) like other RAM mounting setups.
The product works fine, but seems overly complicated given the lack of adjustents and is double the price of the Garmin unit. It offers no real additional advantage over the Gamin unit which utilizes the built-in mount on the back of the Oregon.

GOOD OREGON GPS MOUNT
Pros: solid and no slip on the bike. Cons: it rattles as you hit bumps.
This is a solid mount and I like that it fit on my bike stem easily and doesn't slip. It does rattle over bumps though and I can feel this vibration through the bars. This is the spring loaded quick release function causing this. This feature is not really required at it already has a quick release clip for the GPS.

STURDY BUILT
I`m 65 years old and all of my bike riding is on the road or rails to trails type trails.I use it to keep track of my mileage. This mount is sturdy built and easy to mount.I`m not worried about it jumping out of the mount.I`m able to view my oregon450 with no problems. And makes removing the GPS with just a twist.

A COUPLE IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED
Pros: stable, easy to get gps in and out Cons: non-adjustable angle once installed, zip ties.
I was a bit surprised that the attachment method was *zip-ties* but they seem to be doing the trick. I don't like that the mount angle cannot be adjusted once the mount is installed. As the sun was going down I had a lot of trouble reading my screen at that angle (too reflective then, with Zagg cover). Easy in and out for the gps unit and very stable when riding.

BEST MOUNT EVER
Pros: get it Cons: make friends jealous
This mount is simple, light and very strong. It survived many rides on my Enduro Motorcycle in the toughest conditions. But it is still very easy to mount and dismount. GPS will never fall when riding.

RAM MOUNT
Pros: cost, strength, retention, access Cons: none
This is a very effective mount. Holds the gps 100% securly, yet is easy remove gps when needed. This mount looks good, has bullet proof gps retention, and is elegant and slim. I use it with a full-on mountain bike, and find it 100% reliable even when thundering down a track full of "baby head" sized boulders. Let-er-buck!. No worries.

THIS IS MY SECOND MOUNT
Pros: nice design, easy on/off, but it holds securely Cons: when stem mounted, it needs more angle.
This mount holds my Oregon 450 just great on my road bike. The only thing i would like to see is a greater angle so i can read straight on when it is mounted on my stem, which has a slight tilt. Bar mounting can be tilted to whatever angle you want--but there is no room on the road bike bar.
I must remove the cradle or it will catch on the shell roof, when i transport my bikes in the back of a pickup. But it too is easy on/off.
And the shipping from GPSCity is as good as it gets--a 5.

EZ IN EZ OUT
Pros: access to gps to maximize reflective screen
Great GPS holder that ensures that the GPS doesn't shake loose on the trails. Roller catch ensures ease of access and security once the unit is engaged. Given Oregon's reflective screen, in and out is how it gets used once you are in indirect light or under tree cover, however I was surprised how easy the screen is to see when mounted most of the time. As I am still new to mountain biking, the roller catch does catch clothing (and flesh) if you are doing an over the handlebars dismount (aka crash).
