RAM Mount Garmin x76 x78 x98 Screw Down Plate Mount Description The RAM Marine Grade Aluminum Dash Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin GPSMAP x76, x78 and x96 Series, including the Garmin GPSMAP 176, 176C, 196, 276C, 296, 376C, 378C and 478C.
Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter Plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. Mount Base Mounting Solutions:
Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-B-202. A semi-permanent solution for mounting this base is by using the RAM double sided adhesive disk (RAM-202PSA). The disk will hold the RAM-B-202 base in many different locations without screws.
Mount Arm Design: The RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm (RAM-B-201) is a B Size 1 inch Ball Dual Socket Arm, made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 3 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends.
Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-GA7 High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin GPSMAP x76, x78 and Aviation x96 Series of GPS which includes, and is not limited to, the following GPS units,
