GREAT GPS MOUNT
Pros: all materials are rugged, no cheap parts to break.
Very rigid construction, once the unit is tightened, even on rough dirt roads there is no movement and it says where you installed it.

JUST WHAT WAS NEEDED
Pros: solid mount, close enough to see Cons: none
I work for USDA. I use the issued Map76 to make area & linear field measurements. I needed a mount to put the unit close enough for me to easily see the screen. It mounted easily to the handle bar of my ATV and is right where I need it. It is secure and stable for really rough terrain and can be quickly moved if tree limbs or brush require it.

RAM MOUNT GPS 76 GPSMAP
I´ve used this item in my gps 72 (same size than gps76) in my ATV. It carries the gps in the right place for all the tracks I´ve folowed around the mountains. I hope it´ll do its function in the next years

GREAT BIKE MOUNT
I needed a solution to mount my GPS unit on my motorcycle. This mounting unit bolted right on. It is very adjustable and I can set the angle and position of the GPS unit so it is ideal for observing while riding. The carrier holds the GPS unit very securly, but the top plastic arms can make it a bit difficult to get the unit out when I need to charge the battery.

Delivery from GPS City was fast. The Ram-B-149-GA6 mounted quickly and easily. It holds the gps solid while riding rough terrain. In my opinion Ram mounts are a good choice.
