The RAM-B-174-GA6 Garmin GPSMAP 76 non-color Series Motorcycle RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Reservoir Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Garmin GPS 72 and 76 Series Mono and the Garmin GPSMAP 76 and 76S Series Mono mount to your optimum viewing position.
Note: For the GPSMAP 76 Color Series, you will require the RAM Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Mount for the Garmin GPSMAP 76 Color Series (RAM-B-174-GA14)

 To help ensure you have the Garmin GPS 72/76 and GPSMAP 76/76S Series Mount you require, take a look at the list of available RAM Garmin GPS mounts on the RAM-HOL-GA6 Series of Garmin Garmin GPS 72/76 and GPSMAP 76/76S Cradles and Mounts Page. Garmin GPS Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-GA6 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the following Garmin GPS units,
- Garmin GPS 72
- Garmin GPS 76
- Garmin GPSMAP 76
- Garmin GPSMAP 76S
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The Garmin GPSMAP 76C, GPSMAP 76CS, GPSMAP 76Cx and GPSMAP 76CSx WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA14 RAM Mount Cradle and Mounts for the Garmin GPSMAP 76C Series.
Garmin GPS Mount Cradle Plate:
 The RAM-B-238 Marine Grade Aluminum Diamond Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle. The diamond plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Garmin GPS Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Garmin GPS Mount Base Design:
 The RAM-B-309-7 RAM Mount Motorcycle Kit Base can mount to either the clutch/ brake reservoir or directly to a round handle bar rail. The base is constructed of marine grade aluminum with an integrated 1 inch diameter rubber ball, hardware for rail mounting and both standard and metric mounting bolts for motorcycle reservoir mounting. The zinc coated metal u-bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 1/2 to 1.25 inches.
The base connects to the left or right side of your handlebar clutch/brake reservoir on the Honda Goldwing and other select motorcycles or you can connect directly to your handlebars with the u-bolt hardware. To see if this base will work with your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The holes centers have a minimum width of 0.94 inches and a maximum of 1.58 inches. |
