Pros: easy to assemble - adhesive works well
Cons: does not allow for iphone case
Great holder for the price
I have had this holder for a couple of months and the adhesive that came with the device works perfectly (no issue with it falling off)

BEST MOUNTS ANYWHERE
Pros: the whole thing is a pro.
Cons: none that i've found so far.
We use RAM mounts in all of our company trucks for laptops, and have been very pleased with them. The iPhone mount doesn't disapoint, and is great for using the phone with GPS programs and bluetooth audio etc. Despite some of the other reviews, I found the stick base was very solid, you just need to make sure surfaces are very clean, and place it on a relatively flat location (some curve is okay). Also, I found that if you install it with the angle facing towards the driver side, instead of up or down, you end up with a much better range of motion, especially when moving to landscape etc. I like that the cradle can be replaced without replacing the entire base, so when you upgrade to the next iPhone, it's a simple swap. I like this much better than those 'goose neck' mounts out there. Nice job RAM mount.

RAM MOUNT IPHONE 3G 3GS ADHESIVE DASH MOUNT
Pros: ram mount always does the job, no problem.
Cons: poor quality of the double sided adhesive tape
Does the job, but fell off the dash board due to the cold weather, and/or poor quality of double sided adhesive tape.

GREAT IPHONE MOUNT
Pros: holds it tight, and has overall good movement
Cons: limited movement in one direction
This mount works very well, and I especially love the ball joint so you can move the phone around. The range is limited on one side, though, because of the angle of the socket, which the ball is mounted into.

RAM ADHESIVE IPHONE MOUNT
Pros: excellent adhesive base
Cons: requires very flat surface
I made sure to thoroughly clean the area I was applying the adhesive base to with alcohol. It is now very firmly attached and has served its purpose adequately since installation. Another RAM winner.

IT'S A RAM, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SAY.
As usual, this RAM mount lived up to my expectations and works great. I've actually even removed the relocated the mount using the save adhesive pad and it's still standing up to the Texas heat this summer.

WELL YOU ASKED FOR A REVIEW...
Pros: none
Cons: poor adhesion
I had been content to keep my comments to myself untile Express Mounts actually emailed me asking for my opinion. The quality of the RAM mount is very poor and I can no longer use it since the adhesive base lasted about a day.
