LAPTOP HOLDER
Pros: very good buy for the buck
Cons: bit of a pain to install side holder mounts.
Holds laptop very securely even on rough roads.

PRETTY GOOD FOR ITS FLEXIBILITY.
Pros: very light weight. well designed.
Cons: will not allow laptop to close. unattractive.
The laptop mount will hold quite a range of laptops pretty well. I my application the laptop can't be closed when it is in the tray. The side clamps are in the way.
Recommend? YES

HOLDS LAPTOP SOLIDLY EVEN WITH ONLY 3 SIDE CLIPS
Pros: does the job!
Cons: it is "thicker" than expected but not a problem.
This is my second Tough Tray. It does an excellent job of securing the laptop even though the design of my laptop required me to use only 3 side clips to allow the DVD door to open.
Recommend? YES

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
Pros: didn't have to make a bracket.
Cons: different hold downs
The only thing I wish this had was the other hold down clips. I ended up purchasing the flat keepers so the the laptop could be closed and also they hold the laptop better. My application required the laptop to be straight up and down.
Recommend? YES
