Cons: none
Very dependable and strong. I have hit some serious waves with this item and it has held with no problems. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is shopping a RAM for a 900 series Humminbird.

RAM MOUNT
Pros: holds the 997 well not flimsy
Cons: you must drill out the holes to make work to mount
I used this mount for a Humminbird 997 and it works very well. Only problem i had was the holes in the ram plate do not match up with the Humminbird supplied mount so i had to drill out the holes in the plate to make it work. Other than that the mount is perfect, holds the 997 well.
Recommend? YES

RAM MOUNT LARGE 3X11 PLATE
