A COMPLETE WASTE OF $10
Pros: it's cheap Cons: it's too cheap
I am very disappointed in RAM, as I own many of their other products. I bought this to use with a TOMTOM XXL550 GPS in my Fusion. Even on fairly smooth roads, the GPS bounces around like a bobble head doll. The stalk is so flexible, they may as well have made it out of a garden hose.
I can't even operate the touch screen controls without having to place one finger behind the GPS to hold it in place. That's how bad it is. Save the shipping cost and just give the $10 to a friend instead.
There is one other thing I don't like, although it is just the nature of an inexpensive mount, so this isn't a quality complaint. When you remove your GPS, you are stuck with having to look at a huge ugly cradle. Nothing can be removed once it is mounted.
I was being cheap, and I got what I paid for. I am now going to buy the permanent mount, which is what I should have done the first time. And with a ball mount, I can remove the arm and cradle, leaving just the ball. I can live with that.

IT WORKS.
Pros: holds securely Cons: none
I used this for mounting my iphone on the dash of my airplane for doing checklists. It sticks to the flat surface very securely and the adjustments hold. Good product.

NICE AND EASY
Pros: easy to mount Cons: skakes under the load of the devise
This works great for an easy mounting option for your stuff. My only complaint is that when I use it for the 60CSX, the weight of it makes it shake almost unreadable. Not too bad on the road but I needed this for mainly offroading in my Jeep. For the money you can't do better.

LIL BUDDY CRADLE PLATE MOUNT
Pros: secure grip, looks proffesional. Cons: would not stick to dash.
Mount bolted up to my existing Ram Mount Cradle (from previous vehicle set-up). Adhesive would not hold on my dash, but did hold securely to the trim strip near my radio. Holds very well. Easily holds weight of cradle and phone (BB Storm and now Tour). I have had no concerns that it and my phone will end up on the floor.
