THE PERFECT GPS MOUNT
Pros: anyone with a hand held gps should have one
Cons: none
This mount works great, I use it tolf hold my gps on the dash of my boat, now that I have it I don't know what I would do without it.
Recommend? YES

GPS 12V ADAPTER
Pros: the mount seems very sturdy
Cons: the unit is a bit high to be installed on an atv
Hi I recently purchased a Ram Mount Magellan explorist with a 12v power cord.The mount seems very nice and sturdy but the adapter doesn't fit the gps unit. If I can't get the adapter to work there's almost no point for the mount. The reason I purchased the pair was to log my travel and to assure full battery power if and when I leave with my gps in hand.
Recommend? NO OPINION

EXACTLY AS PROMISED
Purchased this mount for our boat. It is very sturdy and high quality. The cradle fits perfectly and looks like it is going to be very durable. The price was better than the oem model and quality and service was at least equal if not better.

BOAT MOUNT
Well worth the few extra dollars to by the quality of this GPS mount. I put it in the boat and have not had a problem with it moving around or coming loose at all. Thanks for the great product!!
