The RAP-B-114-5B Marine 5-Spot Permanent Ball High Strength Plastic Composite Base is a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball base with 5-spot mounting hardware. This base is design to be bolted into any spare hole found on the RAP-114-5PU or RAP-114-5U Marine 5-Spot Mounting Bases.
