RESERVOIR BASE MAKES GOOD USE OF SPACE
Pros: well made, helps get better use of space.
Cons: none
I have been adding a few accessories to my bike and this enabled me to make better use of limited space. Item is high quality and fit as described.

BMW RESERVOIR MOUNT
I purchased this item to mount my Zumo 660 GPS and it fits and works perfectly. I have purchased from GPS City in the past and found their product to fit and work as stated. Additionally, their prompt delivery is a real plus!

Well made, but i had to return for credit. The mounting holes do not align with the Concours 14 reservoir.

Works exactly as described. Cheap alternative to other mounts and very easy to install. Used on Burgman 650.

EXTENDED RESERVOIR COVER
The extention on the reservoir cover gave me that extra reach I needed to put my GPS in plain view on my Suzuki Burgman AN650. Another great product!

Cons: the ball is too large to fit either gps i own.
I have not been able to use this item. The ball is too large to fit either the Garminor Mio GPS units I own. It should be made with changeable size balls.

RESERVOIR MOUNT
Wow, this was a real surprise. I ordered this for my BMW R110s (2004) to be used to mount the cradle for the ZUMO 550. I ordered it but thinking that it would not work, boy was I wrong. It fit and worked perfectly. Back in 2004 they didn't manufacture bikes with the intention that all these gizmos would be installed onto handlebars and whatnot, so the reservoir approach was about the only option available. I spoke with the folks at GPS City and they were very helpful and suggested that I should give it a try, but that if it didn't work, they would be happy to take it back if it didn't work. Well it does work and I am thrilled. The mount looks works and look as if it is a stock item. Just finished up a 1,000 mile trip and it worked perfectly.

GOOD ITEM
Pros: but it's pricy.for 20 bucks.
It's a very good item. And easy to install. Highly recommend it for GPS or Cellular. I installed it on my Suzuki burgman 650 for a zumo GPS and very satisfied.

I purchased this base along with a mount, arm and two wiring kits for my Nuvi 550. I use this base on the clutch reservoir on a Pacific Coast. By using the arm upside down I am able to transfer the GPS unit, mount and arm between bikes in seconds. I thought I might get a lot of vibration with this set up but everything is very stable. The offset allows a wide range of positioning options so the dash is always visible.

I put the part with a 180° (bowl down) on to the clutch reservoir because the area on the R 1150 RS is very slim (under the windscreen when the steering is turned to the right) and use alos a tank box. Even the modular screw system you offered and delivered: perfect!

RESERVOIR COVER BASE
Pros: attaches solidly to the reservoir cover
Cons: none
The base installed easily on my BMW R1200RT, and is secure and unobtrusive. It attaches to either the brake or clutch reservoir cover with the ball on either the left or right side so that you can position your GPS so it doesn't obscure your view of the mirror or instrument panel.

RAM CLUTCH RESERVOIR COVER MOUNT
Pros: lots of options
Cons: access to brake reservoir. not really a big deal
This unit fits my 2004 BMW R1150RT clutch cover. I choose to use the offset type and was glad I did. I then used a small double female adapter and a GPS mount. It fits nice and low so I can still see the dash and gauge packs. With my eye sight suffering, this allowed me to still see the GPS screen.

SOME ISSUES...
Pros: great solution for the xp500 tmax
Cons: screws not exactly the right lengths
Some issues, but none that are bad. On the TMAX500 the break fluid reservoir threads were not deep enough for the provided screws. Although, ram mounts give's you 3 sets of sizes which is great, but none fit exactly. A couple of washers did the trick, and now I am very happy. Overall, I will keep my business here, for they have great service and timely delivery.

MOTORCYCLE EXTENDED RESERVOIR COVER BASE
Only recently purchased and installed. Works great on a Yamaha Majesty scooter to hold a Lowrance GPS on a 1 in. arm. Very adjustable, fits well behind the windscreen.
