MrJacobson Arlington, TX Sep 7, 2009	NO REAL INSTRUCTIONS Pros: the mount was black just like the rest of the part Cons: i bought the thing With no real proof for my theory. I have not witnessed the Base mounted in other Nissan vehicles, however i have a feeling that the mount was designed for them and not the Murano. I say this because it would almost seem that the mount flanges are backwards and the mount is really very unstable. The instructions have no illustrations. And the part that states to replace the existing bolts with the ones provided was so confusing. Probably because there were no bolts but a single washer and a single cylindrical object of which i had no idea of what or how it fit into the mount. The plastic bag of which the parts was in was torn open when i received the mount. I am guessing this would explain the missing bolts. I have ordered several mounts and or parts from GPScity all of the RAM Mount system. This is the first to be this big of a headache. I concluded that the mount design was sloppy at best.
