The RAM High Strength Plastic Dash Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Universal Belt Clip Cradle.
BASE DESIGN: The RAP-B-202 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Universal Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter round plate. The plate has 4 holes that match the universal industry standard AMPS hole pattern. For a layout of the hole spacing and 1.0 inch rubber ball location, take a closer look with the RAM-B-202 Design Drawings pdf file (Note: the Plastic RAP-B-202 Plate only has the AMPS square four hole pattern).
Note: This base plate will attach to any of the RAM plastic HOL holders, but generally the RAP-B-238 Diamond Plate is used.
ARM DESIGN: The High Strength Plastic Standard Length Double Socket Arm is 3.0'' long when measured between socket centers.
CRADLE DESIGN:
The RAM-HOL-BC1 Universal Belt Clip Bar Holder is a High Strength Plastic Composite Cradle designed to hold many different electronic devices with a connected belt clip. The most common use for this mount is handheld radios. To place a unit onto the holder, simply slide the belt clip on you device over the 1 1/8'' long x 1/16'' wide plastic support bar. The belt clip can be part of the unit or part of a protective case.
