The RAM-B-174-CO3P RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Base Mount consists of the 1 inch diameter RAM ball and socket system with RAM POWERED Expandable Plastic Cradle for the Compaq iPaq 2200 Series.
Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-CO3P POWERED RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold Compaq iPaq PDA units, including the following,
Expansion Packs: This cradle will hold your PDA if connected to an expansion pack, or left in the original protective cover.
PDA Cradle Assembly Required: The RAM-HOL-CO3P Powered Cradle requires some assembly. The cradle ships with Null Modem Wires and circuit boards that required assembly prior to using the powered cradle. Mount Arm Design:
The RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm (RAM-B-201) is a B Size 1 inch Ball Dual Socket Arm, made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 3 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends.
Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-309-7 RAM Mount Motorcycle Kit Base can mount to either the clutch/ brake reservoir or directly to a round handle bar rail. The base is constructed of marine grade aluminum with an integrated 1 inch diameter rubber ball, hardware for rail mounting and both standard and metric mounting bolts for motorcycle reservoir mounting. The zinc coated metal u-bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 1/2 to 1.25 inches.
The base connects to the left or right side of your handlebar clutch/brake reservoir on the Honda Goldwing and other select motorcycles or you can connect directly to your handlebars with the u-bolt hardware. To see if this base will work with your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The holes centers have a minimum width of 0.94 inches and a maximum of 1.58 inches.
