The RAP-299-3 Vehicle Cup Flat Surface Base is designed to be a sub-base for any suction cup bases, up to 2" in diameter. Once you have connected a suction cup mount to the RAP-299-3 sub-base, your electronic device is in an accessible location when you don't want to attach it to your windshield or dash - as long as you have a cup holder. Simply slide the base into a spare cup holder in your vehicle, and you are ready to go.
The mount includes a solid plastic composite tube base with a round plastic mounting plate.
