RAM Mount RAM-B-148-CO1 Description The RAM Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with 4'' Large Rubber Suction Base consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Cradle for the Compaq iPaq 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900, 5100, 5400 and 5500 Series.
BASE DESIGN:
The large 4 inch Rubber Suction Cup base has a 1.0'' diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles. The suction cup is designed to hold on any smooth non-porous surface, but for best result, mount the suction cup on a glass surface ¹ . Note: Overtime the suction cup may become dirty, and not hold as well. If this happens, you will need to wash it in warm soapy water, and the mounting surface may need to be wiped with a cleaner (alcohol works best). Be sure to test a small area of the mounting surface before applying a cleaner as they can mark or discolor some materials (like plastic).
ARM DESIGN: The Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Standard Length Double Socket Arm is 3.0'' long when measured between socket centers.
