The RAM POD III is the latest in the Mobile In-Car range from RAM. This universal base allows you to mount a laptop or any other in car device safely and securely.

OWNERS MANUAL: Take a look at the assembly instructions (pdf file) of the RAM POD III (RAM-316-1A).
MOUNTING METHOD: At right angles to the base of two legs are feet with mounting holes. Simply place the holes into the passenger seat mounting bolts and adjust the mount to the required height with the flexible legs. The third flexible leg on the RAM Pod III should also be adjusted to help support the mount. The rigid flexible arms will hold everything you need safely and securely.
REQUIRED SUPPORT: The RAM Pod III is only a Mounting Base with the industry standard AMPS Hole Patten. This means a secondary mount must be connected to the plate at the top of the Pod. One solution which is very universal is the RAM-101 Universal Double plate mount. One end of this mount can be connected to the RAM Pod III and the other will connect to the RAM-234-3 Clamping Laptop tray, and many third party devices
