Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-B-174-GA8 Garmin Rino 1xx Series Motorcycle RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Reservoir Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Garmin Rino 1xx Series Mono, including the Rino 110, 120 and Rino 130, mount to your optimum viewing position.
Note: For the Rino 5xx Color Series, you will require the RAM Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Mount for the Garmin Rino 5xx Color Series (RAM-B-174-GA20)
Garmin GPS Mount Options:
 To help ensure you have the Garmin Rino 110, 120 and 130 Series Mount you require, take a look at the list of available RAM Garmin GPS mounts on the RAM-HOL-GA8 Series of Garmin Rino 130 Cradles and Mounts Page. Here you can select from suction cup GPS mounts, flat surface screw down GPS mounts, GPS car mounts, non skid weighted GPS mounts and more bundled with the RAM-HOL-GA8 Garmin Rino 100 Series Cradle.
Garmin GPS Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-GA8 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin Rino 100 Series, including the following GPS units,
- Garmin Rino 110 Series
- Garmin Rino 120 Series
- Garmin Rino 130 Series
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The Garmin Rino 5xx Series, including the Rino 520, Rino 530, Rino 520 HCx and Rino 530 HCx, WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA20 RAM Mount Cradle for the Garmin Rino 500 Series.
Garmin GPS Mount Cradle Plate:
 The RAM-B-238 Marine Grade Aluminum Diamond Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle. The diamond plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Garmin GPS Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Garmin GPS Mount Base Design:
 The RAM-B-309-7 RAM Mount Motorcycle Kit Base can mount to either the clutch/ brake reservoir or directly to a round handle bar rail. The base is constructed of marine grade aluminum with an integrated 1 inch diameter rubber ball, hardware for rail mounting and both standard and metric mounting bolts for motorcycle reservoir mounting. The zinc coated metal u-bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 1/2 to 1.25 inches.
The base connects to the left or right side of your handlebar clutch/brake reservoir on the Honda Goldwing and other select motorcycles or you can connect directly to your handlebars with the u-bolt hardware. To see if this base will work with your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The holes centers have a minimum width of 0.94 inches and a maximum of 1.58 inches.
