MOUNTING VERSATILITY
Pros: solid
We have 2 of these plates, attached to flex arms of different lengths. They are used to mount iPad units in the aircraft cabin for pax and crew use.

SOLID MOUNT OPTION
Pros: solid construction
Cons: none
I have this hard mounted to the aircraft floor, via seat rail mounts which I made myself. It seems to be very good. I have the 18 inch flex arm screwed into this and an iPad on the top end.
Recommend? YES

SOLID MOUNT OPTION

I have found this mount, with the 18 inch Flex Shaft, to provide the versatility I needed in mounting an iPad in our aircraft. After numerous mount experiments, this has shown to provide the positioning and stowage needs I was searching for.

RAM 90 DEGREE BASE MOUNT (FLAT SURFACE)
Pros: well made, heavy duty, very happy
Cons: none
Using it on top of a flat bottom boat bench/seat. This base is Heavy Duty. The application I'm using it for worked great because when installed, it has a very low profile to it. The edges are smooth, its very low, you can stand on it,sit on it, what ever. GREAT Stuff! A+A+A+
