The RAM-B-177-SAM2 Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC Series RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Glare Shield Clamp Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has an adjustment point at the cradle, base and dual arm junction point. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC) mount to your optimum viewing position.
Samsung Q1 UMPC Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-SAM2 High Strength Plastic Cradle is a custom cradle designed to hold the Samsung Q1 Ultra (Q1U) UMPC/Tablet Series, including the following UMPC units,
- Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-CMXP UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-EL UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-ELXP UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-SSDXP UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-V UMPC
- Samsung Q1U-XP UMPC
This custom cradle has a four (4) hole AMPS patten on the back for connecting to the RAM-B-202 Mounting Plate with 1 inch Ball giving you the freedom to mount the Samsung Q1 Ultra anywhere you need, while keeping all of your required cables connected.
Samsung Q1 UMPC Mount Cradle Plate:
 The RAM-B-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Round Plate is designed to connected to the back of cradles with an AMPS hole pattern. The round plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Samsung Q1 UMPC Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Samsung Q1 UMPC Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-259U Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum U-Channel Clamp Base is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface up to 1'' thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip, table edge or glare shield on an airplance.
The base has two plastic bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. A RAM 1'' diameter rubber ball is connected to the base allowing you to connect a RAM 1'' diamter arm socket and connection plates to create the perfect mount for your application.
