Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-138 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Dash Mount consists of the 1.5 inch diameter ball and socket system with RAM Universal Diamond Plate. This mount is designed to be a universal mounting solution for both RAM and non-RAM designed products. The hole pattern found on the Diamond Plate will connect to a large variety of third party cradles and mounts.
Mount End Plate Design:The RAM-238 Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Plate has a 1.5 inch diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles to a 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 inch Diamond Plate. The plate has two pre-drilled holes positioned at either tip of the diamond plate. The hole pattern found on the Diamond Plate will connect to a large variety of RAM Mount and third party cradles and mounts, including those with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Amount Arm Design:
 The RAM-201 RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm is a 1.5 inch C size Ball Socket Arm made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 4.63 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Mount Base Design:
 The RAM-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Plate has a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. For a layout of the RAM-202 plate dimensions, take a closer look with the RAM-202 Design Drawings (pdf file).
Note: Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-202.
