The RAM Semi Truck Mount Base is the starting point in building a strong, sturdy mount for your vehicle. The RAM-VB-140 No Drill Laptop Semi Truck Mount Base has been designed specifically for use in the following Semi Truck Seat types:
- Semi Trucks With National Seating Captain's Seat Chairs (2006-Newer)
The base installs quickly and easily to the existing left side bolts connecting the passengers seat to the top of the seat's air suspension. The base plate mounts in a position to maximize the passengers leg space while also creating a foundation to connect a RAM swing arm mounting solution by using the telescoping pole (not included).
Notes for the RAM-VB-140:
- Laptop shown in the picture is not included.
- Some vehicle bases may limit seat travel.
Semi Truck Laptop Mount In Use Pictures:
One of the great features of the RAM-VB-140 Laptop Mount for a Semi Truck National Seat is the installation location. The base of the mount connects between the base of the seat and the top of the seats air suspension. This means that as the seat goes up and down, the laptop computer will "ride" with the passenger seat user.
Another advantage of the Laptop Mount is the ease of installation. Simply remove the front and back hex nuts from the left side of the passenger seat, slide in the mounting base, and replace the nuts.
