The RAP-B-138-SPO2 SPOT 2 GPS Satellite Personal Tracker RAM Mount is a High Strength Composite Plastic Mount with a Flat Surface Screw Down Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the SPOT II GPS Series mount to your optimum viewing position.
SPOT GPS Mount Options:
 To help ensure you have the SPOT Satellite GPS Messenger Mount you require, take a look at the list of available RAM SPOT GPS mounts on the RAM-HOL-SPO2 Series of SPOT Satellite GPS Messenger Cradles and Mounts Page. Here you can select from suction cup GPS mounts, flat surface screw down GPS mounts, GPS car mounts, non skid weighted GPS mounts and more bundled with the RAM-HOL-SPO2 SPOT Satellite GPS Messenger Series Cradle.
SPOT GPS Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-SPO2 SPOT GPS Satellite Personal Tracker RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the following,
- SPOT GPS Satellite Personal Tracker (SPOT II)
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
SPOT GPS Mount Cradle Plate:The RAP-B-238 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Composite Diamond Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle. The diamond plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. For a layout of the hole spacing and 1.0 inch rubber ball location, take a closer look with the RAM-B-238 Design Drawings (pdf file) (Note: the Plastic RAP-B-238 Plate is thicker than the RAM-B-238 Design Drawings shown).
SPOT GPS Mount Arm Design: The RAP-B-201 RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Dual Socket Arm made of High Strength Plastic. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. For a layout of the dimensions RAP-B-201 arm, take a closer look with the RAM-B-201 Aluminum Arm Design Drawings (pdf file).
SPOT GPS Mount Base Design: The RAP-B-202 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Screw Down Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter Plate. The plate is pre-drilled with the universal AMPS four hole pattern. (View pdf file of RAM-B-202 Plate Hole Layout). Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAP-B-202.
