The RAM-B-121-SPO3U SPOT Connect and Satellite Communicator RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Yoke Clamp Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the SPOT Connect and Satellite Communicator mount to your optimum viewing position.

SPOT Connect and Satellite Communicator Mount Cradle Plate:
The RAM-B-238 Marine Grade Aluminum Diamond Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle. The diamond plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. SPOT Connect and Satellite Communicator Mount Arm Design:
The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. SPOT Connect and Satellite Communicator Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-121B RAM Mount Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Yoke Clamp Mount Base fits a rail diameter from 5/8 inch to a maximum of 1 1/4 inches. The 1 inch rubber ball is at a right angle to the plane of the mount so when connected to a rail, the ball sits parallel to the rail. To mount the base, simply place the yoke clamps around the rail and then screw the large knob at the end of the threaded rod. The hand tightened clamp makes this the perfect mounting system for rental planes and unusual shaped motorbike rails.
NOTE: The rail does not need to be perfectly round to mount this base.
