JOHN P LONG BEACH, CA Nov 24, 2010	RAM MOUNT STRAP RAIL BASE Cons: metal pieces used to attach are not good. I recently purchased this rail base to attach to a video camera on a roll cage in a race car. the quality is there, but the parts itself could be better. the metal locking pieces are a bit generic and doesn't look that nice as well as not easy to use as I would want especially when wanting to mount and dismount quickly and efficiently. Recommend? NO 27 viewers found this helpful.
