The RAP-B-224-2 RAM Mount Cone Locking 2.75 inch Rubber Suction Cup Base has a RAM 1 inch diameter Rubber Ball connected to the top. The suction cup is designed to have an extra strong hold on any smooth non-porous surface, but for best result, mount the suction cup on a glass¹ or non-porous plastic surface, as found on our Non Skid Base with Plastic Plate, Plastic Adhesive Disk and Cup Holder with Plastic Plate.
