Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-B-174-TO1 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Base Mount consists of the 1 inch diameter RAM ball and socket system with RAM Aluminum Cradle Holder for the TomTom GO, GO Plus, GO 300 and GO 700 Series. For a list of available mounts that include the RAM-B-202-TO1 cradle, check out the complete list of TomTom GO, GO Plus, GO 300 and GO 700 GPS Mounts
The TomTom GO 510, GO 710 and GO 910 GPS WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM Mount Motorcycle Brake Clutch Mount for the TomTom GO x10 Series (RAM-B-174-TO3).
TomTom GPS Mount Cradle Design:
 The RAM-B-202-TO1 RAM Mount Aluminum TomTom GO 300 and 700 Series Cradle Holder connects to the existing TomTom cradle included with the following TomTom units:
- TomTom GO
- TomTom GO Plus
- TomTom GO 300
- TomTom GO 700
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The TomTom GO 510, GO 710 and GO 910 GPS WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-TO3 RAM Mount Plastic Cradle for the TomTom GO 510, GO 710 and GO 910 Series.
TomTom GPS Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. For a layout of the dimensions RAM-B-201 arm, take a closer look with the RAM-B-201 Design Drawings (pdf file).
TomTom GPS Mount Base Design:
 The RAM-B-309-7 RAM Mount Motorcycle Kit Base can mount to either the clutch/ brake reservoir or directly to a round handle bar rail. The base is constructed of marine grade aluminum with an integrated 1 inch diameter rubber ball, hardware for rail mounting and both standard and metric mounting bolts for motorcycle reservoir mounting. The zinc coated metal u-bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 1/2 to 1.25 inches.
The base connects to the left or right side of your handlebar clutch/brake reservoir on the Honda Goldwing and other select motorcycles or you can connect directly to your handlebars with the u-bolt hardware. To see if this base will work with your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The holes centers have a minimum width of 0.94 inches and a maximum of 1.58 inches.
