Pros: outstanding build quality. very secure.
Cons: make sure purchaser knows it comes with a cradle.
Excellent mount! Best I've seen for a motorcycle application. Only suggestion I would make is that on the product description, make it clear that the mount comes with the actual gps cradle. I ordered a separate one not realizing that it came with the mount. I paid extra for an additional cradle that I won't use...

RAM GPS MOUNT, GREAT PRODUCT
Pros: easy to install and adjust
I ordered the RAM mount for my GPS due to seeing several of their products on friends motorcycles. The mount was simple to install and adjust and is very sturdy. Once you tighten the large, easy to reach thumb screw, the unit won't vibrate or move again.There's no way the head unit can come out even if heavy vibrations could be an issue.
I'd recommend this item to anyone looking to mount a GPS head unit on their bars.

GPS MOUNT
Pros: easy install, flexible positioning.
Easy install, holds unit well. Ball joints allow positioning for best view. The only thing I'd like to see is some sort of sun shield option, as the screen can be difficult to see on bright sunny days.

ROCK SOLID MOUNT
I have this mount installed on my '07 SV650S and it works every bit as well as I would expect it to. It fits solidly on my left clip-on handlebar, and lock-to-lock keep sthe GPS mounted safely out of the way.
One of the best mounts I've ever used on anything, be it car, bike, or boat.
Recommend? YES
