SERVICE

WELL MADE MOUNT

I had a smaller Tom Tom and I needed a replacment cradle. I was concerned that it might not fit the old parts but the fit was perfect. Very happy with purchase.

GPS snapped into cradle with no problem. Took a short ride on my HD motorcycle. Everything seems OK with the cradle, just can't hear the Tom Tom due to engine noise.

PERFECT FIT
This mount is well built and a perfect fit for my TomTom and allows me to mount it to the underside of a pop up compartment door on my dash. That way I can simply open the compartment up and see the TomTom, then close the compartment door and the TomTom is completely out of site. My only complaint is that the locking tab on the right, to fit the gps in the holder, is very tight. Making it hard to put the gps in or take out. I solved that problem by using my heat gun to ever so slightly bend the tab out just a bit. This makes getting the gps unit in and out much easier and it still holds the gps securely.

EXCELLENT MOUNT & MODULAR SYSTEM

This is my second purchase of RAM Mount products both times through gpscity.com. The mount itself does an excellent job of holding my TomTom XL335T unit. I just swapped out the original mount I had for my older TomTom 125SE. The design allows for an easy in/out of the GPS unit, while keeping a clean, stylish look. Since I had already purchased the handlebar mount and extension arm, this was a fairly inexpensive upgrade. I really think the rubber ball joints help reduce vibration for a GPS unit that was not designed to be used on a motorcycle. I highly recommend the RAM Mount product line for any motorcycle enthusiast that wants the benefit of GPS with the option to remove almost all of the mounting hardware when you just want to "wing it." I ride a vivid black 2005 H-D Heritage Classic. This mount system does not look tacky, nor does it draw the attention away from the bike itself. My experience with using gpscity.com has been very positive both times. Purchase with confidence and enjoy the ride!

GREAT MOUNT
I purchased this mount to use on my GL1800 Goldwing Motorcycle. It holds my Tomtom XL350TM very tight. No wiggling or shaking of any kind. Very Stable. Definitely no worries of losing my Tomtom with this mount.

GREAT VALUE

I bought this cradle (attached with the RAM Mount) and installed it on my 07 Honda VFR Interceptor...bolted right on to the two front gas tank mounting bolts. The mount and cradle are both Quality items and should last for years.

GREAT GPS MOUNT

Cons: mount covers quite a bit of the speaker.
I bought this mount to be able to use my Tom Tom GPS on my motorcycle. It fits perfectly and holds the unit firmly and securely, way better than the stock mount. I will most likely buy the required hardware to use the mount in the car as well and do away with the stock mount that came with the GPS.

PERFECT CRADLE FOR TOMTOM 300 SERIES
This cradle has never let go of my TomTom on its own. It makes using the GPS very easy.
My only criticism is actually one of its strong points. It does not let go, and sometimes it is a little hard to make it let go.

TOO SMALL FOR TOMTOM 340S LIVE

Cons: it freaking broke. too small for the gps.
my previous ram cradle fit my tomtom one XL like a glove - i mean perfect. this one, however, is clearly too small for the tomtom 340S Live. After I forcing it in there, you can see that the clips on each side don't reach as far as they should around the device. i took it out and figured it would loosen up. the second time i tried to put the gps into the cradle, one of the clips on the side snapped off! Now it's worthless. This sucks - I spend extra money to ship this thing faster! We'll see if GPSCity helps me out or if I'm stuck waiting for a warranty replacement from RAM. Then again...do I want another cradle that doesn't fit my device?

I have the TomTom XL 340-S and as you all know by now, the mount that comes with the TomTom XL 300 series is CRAP and falls off if you touch the GPS Unit or hit a very tiny bump on the road, thus possibly damaging the Unit. So, RAM Mount finally answered our calling and made this Cradle which works with many different types of Mounts on gpscity.com and the cradle snaps into place. The back is a diamond shape connection that screws into a Mount of your choice. The GPS Unit is very securely held in the cradle and WILL NOT POP OUT like the mount that comes with the GPS Unit. So, if you have this GPS Unit, YOU NEED THIS CRADLE!!! :) saved me alot of risk of breaking my unit because the cradle is so perfectly made!! Good job Ram Mounts!! It's about time!!! ) Thanks!!
