The RAP-333T Triple Locking Suction Cup Base consists of a High Strength Plastic Plate with a RAM Locking Suction Cup Base at each edge end. This base has a suction grip which allows you to mount either a RAM-B ball or RAM-C ball system to any non-porous surface, like a windshield, with confidence.
