Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-SB-178-UN4 Universal Finger Grip Cradle Adhesive RAM Mount is a High Strength Plastic Composite Mount with a PDA Adhesive Base and RAM Universal Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM Snap-Link friction ball and socket system that has one adjustment point in the middle of the mount. Once the adhesive base is securely mounted, you can move the Universal Finger Grip Clamping Cradle to your optimum viewing position with a simple twist of the mount joint.
Note: This mount does not require any drilling for installation.

Universal Mount Cradle Design:
 The RAM-HOL-UN4 Plastic Finger Grip RAM Cradle is designed to hold a large amount of different kinds of cell phones and electronic devices, including the Blackberry range of Phones.
Using the Cradle:
This cradle has four (4) rubber coated fingers placed along sides to grip any device you need to hold. The fingers open by squeezing the "peg" ends to open the small finger arms. The bottom of the cradle includes a holding plate that adds support to the device being held by the mount.

Universal Mount Arm Design:
 The RAP-SB-192 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Composite Assembly is a 0.5 inch diameter plastic ball and socket snap-link friction grip system with diamond plate ends. One end of the assembly connects to the back of the cradle, and the other to the diamond plate on the mount base. The snap-link friction grip system relys on the screw tightened socket to grip the solid plastic ball. This ball and socket system should only be used in a low vibration application.
Universal Mount Base Design:
 The RAP-273 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Adhesive Mount Base is designed to have a semi-permanent hold on a flat or curved surface, like a car dash or car windshield. The mounting base consists of a 2.5 inch diameter flexible base with a RAM Mount RAM-202PSA Adhesive PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Disk.
