The RAP-B-138-UN4 RAM Mount High Strength Composite Plastic Screw Down Plate Mount consists of the 1 inch diameter ball and socket system with RAM Universal Finger Side Clamping Plastic Cradle.
Mount Base Design:
 The RAP-B-202 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Screw Down Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter Plate. The plate is pre-drilled with the universal AMPS four hole pattern. (View pdf file of RAM-B-202 Plate Hole Layout). Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAP-B-202.
Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm (RAP-B-201) is a B Size 1 inch Ball Dual Socket Arm, made of High Strength Composite Plastic. The arm is 3 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends.
Mount Cradle Design:
 The RAM-HOL-UN4 Plastic Finger Grip RAM Cradle is designed to hold a large amount of different kinds of cell phones and electronic devices, including the Blackberry range of Phones.
Using the Cradle:
This cradle has four (4) rubber coated fingers placed along sides to grip any device you need to hold. The fingers open by squeezing the "peg" ends to open the small finger arms. The bottom of the cradle includes a holding plate that adds support to the device being held by the mount.
