The RAM-138-TABDL7U Universal Apple iPad and iPad 2 Tab-Lock Uni-Conn RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Flat Surface Screw Down Swivel Base and RAM Universal Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1.5 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Universal Apple iPad and iPad 2 mount to your optimum viewing position.

Apple iPad Mount Cradle Design:
Apple iPad Mount Cradle Plate: The RAM-202 Marine Grade Aluminum Round Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle with a AMPS hole pattern. The round plate has a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1.5 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Apple iPad Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-201 RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm is a 1.5 inch C size Ball Socket Arm made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 4.63 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. For a layout of the dimensions RAM-201 arm, take a closer look with the RAM-201 Design Drawings (pdf file).
Apple iPad Mount Base Design:
The RAM-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Plate has a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. For a layout of the RAM-202 plate dimensions, take a closer look with the RAM-202 Design Drawings (pdf file).
Note: Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-202.
