EXACTLY AS PROMISED.
Pros: easy to install, solid construction.
Cons: not quite enough clearance on bottom tines for usb
I went with the universal mount, as I keep my iPhone 4 in a case. As a result it cradles my iPhone and my work crapberry perfectly. As always no issues with my order for GPScity.

UNIVERSAL MOUNT WORKS
Pros: works fine
Cons: no mounting hardware provided
I was extremely disappointed to find that the package that came with the mount bracket contained mounting hardware for some other device. I had to go to another communications store to buy the proper hardware.
Recommend? NO

UNIVERSAL MOUNT
This mount is everything it claimed to be. It was easy to install and holds my Blackberry securly while driving. I would not hesitate to reccomend this mount.
