Bought this for an HTC Desire HD and it fits perfect. The foam padding is dense and durable and the locking mechanism solid. Just what I needed

CRADLE BLOCKS DROID2 USB PORT
Pros: well-built
Cons: left cradle arm blocks usb charge port on droid2
Good quality construction, but with charging cable plugged in the Droid2 has to remain about 1/8" off the bottom pads.

Absolutley awesome product! I have bought a few things from GPS City and it has all been worth every penny. If you want quality, this is it. I get mounts for my cell phone, GPS, Ipod, everything form here because I klnow once it's installed, it'll be problem free. I have no doubt that the mounts will last longer than the product they are holding! I also like how you can mix and match the parts to make your own custom mount! AAAAA+++++ !

IPHONE MOUNT
Pros: apparently made with the iphone in mind.
I replaced my IPod mount with your Universal Mobile Phone Cradle and it was a perfect "5 minute" fix. I gave my IPod to my brother, and have given him your WEBB address to order his own mounting system.

NOT FOR BB TORCH

Cons: doesn't fit my phone
This product is built with the usual RAM quality and there are no issues with the mechanical workings. I have a Blackberry Torch for which this is RAM's recommended cradle. When the Torch is in the cradle the mount presses the convenience button on the right side of the phone rendering the phone useless while it's in the cradle.Further to this cradle covers the micro USB jack on the left side of the phone blocking access for a charger or headset.
Recommend? NO OPINION

IDEAL FOR IPOD TOUCH
Pros: fair price....works as described
Cons: bottom right leg support in way of audio out jack
I needed a device like this to hold my Ipod Touch on the handlebars of my Triumph Speedmaster. I already had the Kuryakyn Chrome handle bar mount with the standard 4 hole mounting plate. The video shows a 2 hole mounting system for this Ram product. In taking to a rep at GPS City, he indicated that this holder would not work with a 4 hole pattern. I took a chance and ordered this Ram Cradle as I could drill 2 holes in the Kury mount and then secure the cradle to it. Low and behold, the back of this Ram Cradle does have the universal 4 hole mounting pattern, so with the purchase of 4 short bolts, the cradle lined up perfectly with the Kury mount and is very secure. So, this cradle will work with other mounting systems with the 4 hole pattern. It holds the Ipod Touch fairly securely, but I did add a 1/2" velcro strap for added security.

UNIVERSAL MOUNT FOR DROID X
Pros: easy to use in vehicle mount
Cons: had to modify one of the side supports.
The mount works pretty well. I had to use a Dremel tool to remove some material from one the side supports so I could have the 12 VDC adapter attached to the Droid X while it is on the mount. Other than that so far it had preformed well.

GREAT PHONE MOUNT!
Pros: don't have to remove your phone from a case
Cons: none!
Got this for my iPhone 4. It fits perfectly, and is adjustable enough to not have any of the speaker, mike, or dock ports covered by the bottom feet. The ears are also in the right spot to not get in the way of any of the buttons. It holds securely enough that I felt comfortable using it on a motorcycle. It also works perfectly when the phone is in a case. It's the best of all worlds!

SPECIFIC DROID MOUNT NEEDED
Pros: clamps tight works with or without cover
Cons: poor fit no bolts doesn't swivel well
This is the clamp recommended for th Motorola Droid, but when seated firmly, the charging access is covered, so I always have to leave a gap at the bottom to be able to plug it in. It didn come with the bolts to clamp it to the suction cup windshield mount, so I had to go to the hardware store and guess at the thread and size. A good positive swivel would be very helpful since the Droid works both portrait and landscape mode, and certain apps are best in one and some in the other, but turning it feels like it will break it or wear out quickly at least

BLACKBERRY UNIVERSAL RAM CRADLE
Cons: better instructions would have helped.
Worked well with my Blackberry Curve 8350i and mounted in place of my existing Ram mount. Due to no instructions one of the tabs that clip onto the mount broke. I still had three others, so it still worked. Because there were no instructions, I was trying not to force it, but that had to be done to make it clip on. That is how it broke. Overall it is a good cradle.

EXCELLENT MOUNT
Pros: easy to use, holds device securely
Cons: my mp3 player is too narrow to use this holder
Works perfectly for my Google Nexus One smart phone. When the wife borrows my car, it works great with her iPhone 3G as well.

PERFECT ALTERNATIVE TO THE IPHONE CRADLE
Pros: sturdy, great for an iphone
Cons: can't rotate to landscape view fast
Selected this because I can't stand taking my iPhone out of the case but still wanted to mount it on my windshield.
Only complaints about it is that it doesn't rotate without loosening the ball so no quick moves to the side. (I wanted that so I could tune in the ESPNRadio.com which only runs in landscape mode.) Other item is that the sliders on the bottom, Which can be moved to the top if needed or just moved to different widths, feel like they might side out and get lost. I'm thinking about gluing them into place but I'm afraid to because if I get a different phone or want to use it for something else then the position might not be right. Over all fantastic product. The Pros are far better than the minor Cons.

PRETTY GOOD
Pros: ram has a pretty good - interchangable system
Works great with my existing RAM mount setup for my bicycle. Used for Blackberry 9700. Blackberry sits in there fine but the pads on either side are right on the buttons for the phone which keeps me from tightening this too much. For the winter my bike is on a CompuTrainer and this mount is holding the handle bar computer. Works perfect for that.

IDEAL BLACKBERRY TOUR CRADLE
Pros: durable/secure - easy configuration for devices
I use this item with my BlackBerry Tour (in a OtterBox hardened case. It allows for power connection while in the cradle due to the ability to flip the body 180 degrees and move the "feet" to the other end of the cradle. I have also tried this cradle with an I-Phone and I-Pod Touch and it works equally well. Quick release by a one click button is convenient.

WORKS WELL WITH BB STORM
Using this in connection with the RAM clamp mount to hold a Blackberry Storm using a golf GPS program. Converted the clamp mount from the former GPS centric mount to this. Its great to be able reuse all the other pieces! Cannot comment on the charging issue mentioned on another review, I never charge the unit when using this mount.

Holds my Blackberry Storm solidly, but has the tendancy to "punch" buttons and get in the way of plugging the phone into the charger. Good, but less than optimal for the Storm.

UNIVERSAL MOUNT
Pros: holds phone securly yet accessable and visible.
Cons: charging cord must be fed through left paddle.
Purchased to hold my BlackBerry Storm 9530. My main purpose is for use with TeleNav Navigator application that I have installed on the phone, as well as holding the phone for longer trips. Holds phone securely, yet releases well. Design allows for use of the charger, which is a good thing because the Navigator has a large battery drain. I later purchased an extended battery for the storm, but did not affect the functionality of the Ram Mount. I had no problems with orientation, but I planned ahead before installing it. Have purchased other cradles as well as being creative with phone placement, thankfully my search is over!
