BAD CONCEPT AND DESIGN
Pros: top components solid.
Cons: bendie-legs too weak and flimsy
Ordered this no-drill mount for a small work truck. Nowhere to mount the legs without drilling. Would have ordered a drill mount base if knew beforehand. This "Universal No-Drill Mount with bendable legs did not work for me. This is not common to Ram Mount. All my other Ram Mounts have been nothing but quality top to bottom.

OK LAPTOP MOUNT
Pros: laptop holder kicks butt
Cons: legs for laptop holder need work
this laptop mount is ok. the arms that come with it are a joke. we built out own arms, and mounted it a little different so it would be stronger for the conditions we drive in. love the laptop mount itself, but the mounting hardware could be improved.
Recommend? YES

VERY GOOD UNIT
Pros: very stable and makes the laptop easy to use
It took me a while to figgure out how to mount it but then things went well

RAM MOUNT UNIVERSAL LAPTOP MOUNT
Pros: comfortable, sturdy when stationary, convenient
Cons: initial install difficult, not for use in motion
Very difficult to install (+/-4 hours), but after I installed the laptop mount, it works great. I have a 2001 Toyota Camry and it swings over the console perfectly and sits right next to the steering wheel for comfortable use of the computer. Two legs are mounted to seat bolts, one to the side of the console. If your passenger is going to use a computer, it can sit at a comfortable spot for them, too although it is a little wobbly when the car is moving. The arm and tray come off so the passenger is not crowded if they are not using the computer. The hub where all of the legs join sits out of the passenger's way and does not interfere with comfort. As a contractor, makes my life easier by having internet and job data close by when going from job to job.
Also bought the 4 Pack flat side leg keepers so my laptop will close all of the way while mounted and the plastic laptop tray power block caddy. Would recommend both of these as wall.

UNIVERSAL THREE LEG MOUNT
The three leg system is complicated to adjust to fit, complicated to install and not very secure.

LAPTOP MOUNT
Pros: sturdy
Cons: installation awkwardness
Very good laptop mount. Very sturdy and fairly easy to install. A little bit of difficulty holding the three mounting legs still and flush while tightening the screws.

STAND FOR SUV
I looked at a Co-Workers lap top stand for her 1/2 ton Dodge Truck. It was very Sturdy and INCLUDED 2 Balls. Mine However WAS NOT! Although the instructions say 2 balls it also notes only 1 included. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN! You can order it? You obviously need it for the swivle to work properly. I almost ent it back but it was such a Pain! to get installed i don't have the nerve to ask my Boyfreind again.

LOVE MY RAM MOUNT
My wife and I work together in the car and whether we are together or I am alone, this mount for the computer makes our job easier and more comfortable. I installed it by myself in less than 3 hours, and that included repositioning it to get the right height. We have a small car (Pontiac Sunfire) with a console and it doesn't interfere with the shifter, and when we remove the table, the mount does not interfere with the front passenger's comfort. I originally bought the swing-arm option but immediately ordered the ball mount. I think it provides greater flexibility and positioning of the computer.
