You have a user friendly web site. Loved that fact that I could use the comparison feature as I shopped. It was easy to navigate through. The shipping was a little confusing. I thought it would cost $5.99 but that option was not available when I was placing my order and the cheapest one was $9.99. Still worthwhile deal for me.
