I had expected the 6 inch Arm rather then the 3 inch I received. I reviewed your site to verified what I ordered to what I received and it was not obvious what the length or the ARM was. I had to dig into the item numbers to figure it out. While I was not pleased I could not place all the bland on you. I excepted the items and didn't complain. I will however be very careful if I order anything from you in the future

Lowrance didn't respond to 3 attempts to contact them, two via their website and a third by email directly to the support email address used after the first unit failed. Lowrance finally contacted me only after GPSCity contacted them for me. Though Lowrance wouldn't help me after the second unit failed, I thank GPSCity for at least getting Lowrance to acknowledge me.
