The cost of USPS to PR is the same to Alaska, Hawaii, or Guam. A first class stamp works rather than international postage because the island is a part of the American postal service. Also, I serve down here in the military at a U.S. Coast Guar base that, unfortunately, does not have an APO/FPO address. I wish there was a way you could rectify this.
