This is my second purchase. Online was quite painless. However when I placed my first purchase I was disappointed at the amount of time that I spent on hold while waiting for a phone representative (in excess of 10 minutes). Once I actually got through, Deborah was very pleasant to deal with. Also, I added onto my first order with GPS City and again was pleased. Jesse responded prompty to the email and handled the addition nicely. I was recommended to GPS City from a friend and I certainly would recommend others.
