Your prices are the lowest I have found. To order these parts from RAM would have cost me $39 and that did not include shipping. It would be nice to have the option to specify "NO BACK ORDERS". Also, it does not seem like a good business practice to charge additional shipping if YOU do not have the parts ordered. Is it the customer's fault you do not have the items in stock?

I ordered a Quest 2 yesterday by priority mail- am delivery. The FedEx driver did not use the proper channels to get into my gated community so I didn't get the delivery until 12:30 pm - after I called and complained. Your service was great. I'm playing with my new toy now and I just submitted another order (hopefully all the things needed to mount the Quest 2 on my HD motorcycle and wire it correctly). Thank you

your site is very difficult to use. Finding the Ram parts I needed took a needlessly long time and searching for an IQUE 12 volt adaptor was also difficult and when I found it a Wolfe adaptor was also offered - also hard to find - and not available when found.

I can always find what I'm looking for whether it is a product or information. I'll be looking for a motorcycle GPS in the spring and have no experience with a GPS. There seems to be a lot of discussion that the auto route recalculation of the Garmin Zumo 550 does not function the way most people want. Anyway, I'll be looking for more information on that topic and hopefully this web site is a good starting point for determining what each feature does and which ones are really important to me. It's an expensive item and I don't want to make an uninformed decision. Cheers.
